02 - 0.5 teaspoon fresh grated lemon zest
03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
04 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
05 - 1 teaspoon salt
06 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
07 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1 teaspoon paprika
09 - 1 tablespoon lemon pepper
10 - 1.1 kg chicken drumsticks or thighs

# Steps to Make It:

01 - After baking, let your chicken sit under foil for 5 minutes before digging in.
02 - Lay out the chicken on your lined pan. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until the inside hits 74°C and the juices run clear.
03 - Sprinkle that seasoning mix all over. Toss everything together so each piece gets coated.
04 - Put chicken pieces in a big bowl. Add olive oil, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Mix so every piece is covered.
05 - Mix up lemon pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and Italian herbs in a small bowl.
06 - Heat the oven to 200°C top/bottom. Line your baking tray with baking paper or lightly grease it.
