→ Sweet Glaze

12 - A cup of powdered sugar
13 - Two or three tablespoons of milk, your choice!
14 - Half a teaspoon of vanilla extract

# Instructions:

01 - Heat that oven to 375°F. Take out your baking sheet and either spray it lightly with oil or use some non-stick parchment paper.
02 - Grab a big bowl. Toss in your flour, cinnamon, baking powder, sugar, salt, and nutmeg. Give it all a solid stir with a whisk.
03 - In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, butter, and vanilla until the mix is smooth and holds together.
04 - Pour your wet mix into the dry mix. Stir it just enough to combine; don’t overdo it. Then, carefully mix in the small bits of apple.
05 - Spoon lumps of batter onto the baking sheet, keeping a couple inches between them. Bake for around 14 to 16 minutes, until they’re puffed up and golden.
06 - While the fritters cool, mix the powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk to make a lovely, smooth glaze.
07 - Drizzle that glaze all over your fritters. Give the glaze a few minutes to set before devouring.

# Notes:

01 - Better enjoyed fresh! If needed, warm them up for a few seconds in the microwave.
02 - Looking for texture? Toss in some finely chopped nuts, like pecans or walnuts, with the batter.
03 - Adjust the milk to change how the glaze feels: use less for thicker glaze or more for a thinner one.
