Bacon Cheddar Spinach Melt (Printable Recipe Version)

Layer turkey, cheddar, crispy bacon, and spinach on buttery toasted sourdough for a warm and cozy sandwich you’ll love.

# Ingredients You’ll Need:

01 - 4 pieces of sourdough bread.
02 - 2 tablespoons of smooth honey mustard.
03 - 2 slices of white cheddar, cut in half.
04 - 4 thin slices of deli turkey.
05 - 1 medium tomato, sliced thin.
06 - 1/2 cup of fresh baby spinach leaves.
07 - 4 crispy bacon strips.
08 - 2 tablespoons of softened butter.

# Steps to Make It:

01 - Put all the bread slices on a clean surface like a countertop or board.
02 - On each bread slice, add and spread about half a tablespoon of honey mustard.
03 - Top each bread slice with one of the halved cheese slices.
04 - On two of the bread slices, lay down two slices of turkey.
05 - Put a few tomato slices and about 1/4 cup of spinach on top of the turkey.
06 - Take the other two bread slices and add 2 strips of cooked bacon on top.
07 - Pair each turkey-topped bread with a bacon-topped bread, bacon side facing the turkey.
08 - Use the butter to coat the outer sides of each bread slice evenly.
09 - Warm up a skillet over medium heat, then toast the sandwiches for about 3–4 minutes on each side, until they're golden and melty.
