Put all the bread slices on a clean surface like a countertop or board.

On each bread slice, add and spread about half a tablespoon of honey mustard.

Top each bread slice with one of the halved cheese slices.

On two of the bread slices, lay down two slices of turkey.

Put a few tomato slices and about 1/4 cup of spinach on top of the turkey.

Take the other two bread slices and add 2 strips of cooked bacon on top.

Pair each turkey-topped bread with a bacon-topped bread, bacon side facing the turkey.

Use the butter to coat the outer sides of each bread slice evenly.

Warm up a skillet over medium heat, then toast the sandwiches for about 3–4 minutes on each side, until they're golden and melty.
