Ranch Chicken Tenders (Printable Recipe Version)

Crispy air-fried ranch chicken tenders—tender, full of flavor, and ready in a flash.

# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Main stuff

01 - 30 g all-purpose flour
02 - 100 g panko breadcrumbs
03 - 680 g chicken breast, about 6 to 8 large pieces
04 - 1 tsp smoked paprika
05 - 25 g freshly grated parmesan
06 - 2 medium eggs
07 - Salt, use as much as you like
08 - 3 tbsp ranch seasoning or a 28 g packet of ranch spice

# Steps to Make It:

01 - Shake on some salt if you'd like. Serve them up hot with your fave dip right away.
02 - Pop a few breaded chicken pieces into the air fryer basket without laying them on top of each other. Mist the tops with a little oil spray. Cook for 6 to 7 minutes, flip them, give them another spray, then let them go 5 to 6 minutes more. They're good once the center hits 74°C.
03 - Preheat your air fryer to 195°C before you get going.
04 - Start by rolling each chicken piece in the flour. Dip it in the beaten eggs next, then cover it with the panko mix. Gently press the coating on and lay all the pieces out on a baking sheet.
05 - In another shallow bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, parmesan, ranch seasoning, and paprika. Mix well so it's all blended.
06 - Cut up the chicken into chunks around the same size. Beat the eggs in a shallow bowl so they're nice and mixed. Put the flour in a different bowl and set everything out.

# Extra Information:

01 - Keep the chicken spaced out in the air fryer basket or they won't turn out nice and crispy.
