Swirled Cinnamon Bread (Printable Recipe Version)

# Ingredients You’ll Need:

01 - 1 1/2 tablespoons ground cinnamon.
02 - 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar.
03 - 1 cup buttermilk, at room temp.
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
05 - 2 large eggs, brought to room temp.
06 - 1 cup sugar, granulated.
07 - 1/2 cup softened butter, unsalted.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon table salt.
09 - 1 teaspoon baking soda.
10 - 2 cups regular all-purpose flour.

# Steps to Make It:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F. Coat a 9x5 pan lightly with grease.
02 - In a mixing bowl, stir together salt, baking soda, and flour.
03 - With a mixer, whip butter and sugar until creamy (2 minutes). Add eggs one by one, then mix in vanilla.
04 - Gradually add some of the buttermilk, then some dry mix, alternating until it’s all combined. Start and wrap up with dry mix.
05 - In a tiny bowl, stir the cinnamon with light brown sugar.
06 - Spoon half the batter into the greased pan, sprinkle on some cinnamon blend, then repeat with the rest of the batter and topping. Drag a knife through it to swirl.
07 - Place in oven for 50-60 minutes, until done. Let it sit in the pan for 10 minutes, then cool fully on a rack.
